CLASSIFICATION OF EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION MANAGEMENT TECHNOLOGIES

چکیده

In this article, based on system analysis, classification and systematization methods, we offer of technologies managing educational institutions the basis five groups functional processes, inherent to every organization, such as: production; marketing; finance; human resources (HR) management; accounting analysis business activities. It is noted that should take into account current state, conditions processes occurring in external environment affect functioning internal institution. Every technology institution included classification, has been characterized: production their management (strategic planning, scenario balanced scorecard D. Norton R. Kaplan (BSC), process oriented management, outsourcing, engineering/ engineering, reengineering); marketing (educational marketing, market segmentation, client relationships (CRM), brand-strategy, «public relations» technologies, benchmarking); financial (budgeting, benchmarking, control, fund rising); resource (knowledge couching); activities key competences); it also takes for inter-organizational permeate all listed as innovative, informational SMART-technologies.
